KOADE AUTUMN GIVEWAY - COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITION

These Terms and Conditions govern the “KOADE Autumn Giveaway” competition run by KOADE Ltd (“KOADE scented candles”). By entering, you agree to these rules.

PRIZE DETAILS

The prize is 1 x KOADE WOOD scented candle and 1 x KOADE NIGHT scented candle.
The prize cannot be transferred or sold.
The prize includes postage and packaging to the winner’s address. The prize will be dispatched within 10 working days of the winner confirming their postal address.

HOW TO ENTER

To be in with a chance of winning this prize, entrants must:

By entering this competition and submitting your name and email address, you agree to receive marketing emails from KOADE (hello@koade.co.uk).
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting hello@koade.co.uk.

You will only be considered an entrant if all of these steps have been completed and you, as an entrant, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

COMPETITION DATES

The competition opens on 24/10/2025 (BST) and closes on 7/11/2025 at 10.00 am (GMT).
Only one (1) winner will be selected.
The winner will be chosen using a random name picker tool and contacted on 7/11/2025 by email.

KOADE will only contact the winner directly from the email address hello@koade.co.uk. We will never request payment or additional personal information beyond a postal address for prize delivery.

The winner must confirm receipt of the prize within three (3) working days of being contacted by email by the KOADE team.
If the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize within this period, another winner will be chosen.

ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must be residents in the UK (excluding Isle of Man & Channel Islands) and 18 years of age or older.
Age of the winner may be checked.
Only one entry allowed per person.
Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will not be accepted.
No bulk entries, entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
You are providing your information to the Promoter, KOADE scented candles (KOADE Ltd).
All participants agree to give Meta complete release from any and all legal liability in connection with the prize draw.

DATA USE

The information you provide will be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and, by entering this competition, you agree to be added to our marketing emailing list and agree to receive updates and offers by email from KOADE scented candles.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The following are not eligible to participate:

(i) employees and immediate family members of employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, agents and advisers; and
(ii) any other persons assisting with this prize draw.

An entry will be void if it is deemed (in the Promoter’s sole discretion) to have been made by an ineligible person or to be incomplete, offensive or illegible.
The Promoter may require such information as it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

The Promoter reserves the right to moderate and remove entries at its discretion that are deemed offensive, obscene or inappropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without any liability whatsoever, to modify or discontinue this prize draw, with or without prior notice, where it is required to do so for reasons beyond its control.
The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value to the winner.
The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.

Entries that, in the Promoter’s opinion, are incomplete, inaccurate, or contain offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
A record of the random draw will be retained by KOADE for audit purposes.

PUBLICITY

The Promoter reserves the right to use the photograph and likeness of the winner for publicity purposes and to publicise statements made by or attributed to the prize winner relating to the Promoter or this prize draw, unless otherwise requested by the winner.
Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities.

Any content you share with us must be original, lawful and must not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Promoter reserves the right to use content posted for the prize draw for promotional purposes.
If your post is used, this is not a sign that you have won the prize draw.

LIABILITY

No responsibility is accepted for any lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may delay or restrict entry into the competition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the prize draw or receipt or misuse of any prize.
Nothing in these rules shall affect your statutory rights.

GOVERNING LAW

This prize draw and these terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Each entrant irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this prize draw or these terms and conditions.
